A: Yes, of course. As a first-time renter, you may need a co-signer or an extra security deposit.



Q: What does your apartment locating service cost me?


A: Our apartment locating service is completely free for you, as the apartment communities pay our commission. It works similarly to when you purchase a property or house, where the seller pays the commission, not the buyer. In this case, as the renter, you are the buyer and won't have to pay anything for our services.
